Therapy

There are all sorts of reasons why you might be thinking about starting therapy – and they’re all valid.

You might be:

  • Feeling like something’s not quite right lately

  • Feeling lonely, scared, anxious or low

  • Feeling like you’ve lost yourself, or lost your way in life

  • Wanting to change something, but don’t know where to start

  • Wanting support with bereavement, divorce, breakup, illness, diagnosis or other difficult life event

  • Wanting to talk about something that happened in your childhood, or a long time ago

  • Interested in personal development or want to understand yourself better

I offer an calm, open and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. As the trust in our relationship grows, I’ll support you to confront difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. And I’ll be reliable and consistent as we work towards your goals.

Next Steps

If you think you might want to start therapy with me, please email me to book an assessment session.

In the assessment session we’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy, and what you might want to get from it. The relationship between therapist and client is important. So, it’s also an opportunity for us both to get a feel for whether we’d be a good fit. I charge £55 for an assessment session.

I’m also offer a brief 15 minute phone call if you have any questions before booking an assessment. Please email me if you’d like to arrange a call.

Pricing

Therapy with me costs £55 for a 50 minute session. Sessions are weekly, at the same time each week. I work in person from Site Gallery in Sheffield.

I also offer online sessions – please get in touch to discuss online working.
